Axle rod

In this picture the Axle Rod connecting the ink-bed to the flywheel can be seen. The flywheel is made from a pair of faceplates #109, a pair of circular plates #146 and a hub disk #118, all bolted together. On the flywheel is mounted a threaded pin #115 on which is mounted a threaded coupling with a handrail support #136.
