The final output from the previous 'Single Rotate Device' is used to start this next device which is bolted to one of the side walls of the model. Due to its position, a good pic is hard to get but suffice to say that it is similar to the others and creates two output pulses. The first is used to lower the arms of the feeders and the second to start the ball lift motor.
Also seen in the pic is one of the push rods that are used to raise and lower the feed arms. The cranks that drive this are located on bearings that stretch right across the back of the model.
